I have a poorly timed trip to Punta Cana coming next week (would rather it be Arizona). My mom has a house down there so we have 3 families staying at the house but no cable (she likes the peace and quiet...) Anyways my question is have any of you found a good place to catch a football game while in Punta Cana? I will obviously be watching wherever I can even if it's some random dude named Pablo's place....

Dominican Republic?

You might catch Robinson Cano playing for San Pedro de Macoris!

But futbol americano?

Pero miro maldito tigre...que te pasa? Oh oh....y es facil?*

*Dominican gibberish

Have a presidente for me, you lucky son of a gun. I would KILL for some DR food and sun right now.

Edit: Go to a resort or bar, I am sure you will get the game. They have cable.

^^^ This

Excellent seafood and reasonably priced! Also the layout and beach front view is incredible. I wouldnt go anywhere else and we always visit there a few times when we are in town which is about 2 weeks every other year or so.. Youll love it and the beer is cold with great service and atmosphere..

The Greek is where its at.

The Hard Rock is ridiculously mundane. Likely will have a "been there, done that" feeling afterward.

BlueBlood....I went to the Hard Rock in Guam downtown Tumon Bay. Did not have that great of food, but the drinks were cold for a 90 degree average temp day. Agree with you on Hard Rock. Never been to the Greek..so I shall take your word for it.
