Radish and others memorial question

A friend of mine's husband was in the memorial page of the game day phamphlet for the last game of the season. I placed that information on the Radish memorial thread. What I would like to know is if there is a way to find out how her husband's name got there. Do they keep records of who requested the name be placed on the registry? Here is her post to me...

"Who knows....my kids and I would love to thank who ever. You for brining it to my attention. My kids of coarse are baby Hawks lol "

Here is another post from her yesterday as we were chewing on our nails....
