Listening to the Coaches Show Podcast....
Said the schedule ahead is about as difficult as it gets but we can only focus on one game at a time.
Says KC is a really good team and are balanced across the board, offense, defense and special teams.
Had a good week of practice, they will hit the road today.
On the run game. Said they gave some plays but get really tough down around the goal line. Added that we are still going to try to run one in. We won't let their prior success dictate our game.
On the weather. Said there are some concerns to take into account and we want to run the ball anyway and that's the best thing to do in bad weather.
On Injuries....
Said we've had time to adapt to Zach's absence, but Brandon's absence hits us. he's a fantastic force for us. We expect Kevin Williams to step up and jump in there.
Not a lot of information in here, but hopefully we'll get more injury news during his press conference later. It is scheduled for 1:30, so could be anytime between 1 and 2.
