I've seen a lot of people Tweet questions to Russell that go unanswered. I don't think he ever checks Twitter except when he wants to make a Tweet of his own, at which point he'll answer one or two random ones half the time. He seems to largely ignore the social media a lot of the time, which is unfortunate; so, don't get your hopes up. I'll definitely post here if he replies, though.
