Not as bad as you might think actually.

All told Seattle gave up 205 yrds rushing and got 198 yrds rushing. Considering what this looked like at half-time, that's not so horrid. I know by late in the 4th qtr, Tampa Bay was having a hard time running it consistantly. Unlike the first half.

Edit PS: Actually reviewing the play by play, it looks like run defense was an issue into the third quarter. The difference is the defense starting stopping Tampa Bay in the second half, first by forcing a FG and then by not allowing any subsequent points.
