Ready for my conspiracy theory? Sark tried to get Lupoi to follow him to USC. Tosh declined, so Sark "leaks" the story to the L.A. media about the violation to get him fired and to get UW in trouble.

There's been word for a while in USC circles that the USC compliance office had issues with Tosh and that that is why he wasn't already following Sark to USC.
