that is across ALL sports with a few exceptions. A title cements coaches into what they did to earn it despite other changes and adptations across the league. Exception: Belichick

I am okay with the team if they are either Contending for a Super Bowl OR BUILDING to Contend for a Super Bowl. Skipping on QB in training means they are not doing either.
