Sure, he coached them, but I seemed to remember a 2-14 Chiefs team that had a new coach too.

Arians has turned two teams around in as many years, which trumps what Reid did in KC.

I didn't find anything in the article particularily outrageous. They said that they could make a case for Arizona being the best coached team, which is true. That doesn't necessarily suggest that the author feels they are the best coached.
