Seahawks struggle in Red Zone, 3rd Down continue

Just got to rewatch game today. On the play where Jake Bobo caught the ball at the 10 yard line he got hit in helmet with the personal foul penalty but they spotted the ball at the 6 yard line ? Shouldnt that be at the 1 yard line?? Sorry if someone mentioned this but can someone clarify this? If it was at the 1 I am sure Walker would have walked in for a TD easily.

The penalty was half distance to the goal. If it was pass interference in the endzone it will be spotted at the 1yard goal line.
