Maybe it's time to stop wasting high draft picks on guys who are brought in to be the "playmakers" in Bevell's offense. Never really seems to work out.
Percy Harvin, Paul Richardson, and now Prosise. All turned out to get severely injured on the field. FOs idea of gaining an extra speedy wrinkle in this offense has never really come to fruition.
We need to get back to basics in the future with high draft picks. Bellcow running back and defense. Give up on this idea we're going to have some crazy, dynamic offense. We won a Super Bowl having on offense a superstar running back, possession receivers and Wilsons ability to run.
