His energy is worth something

That’s where you are wrong, I believe. His energy, after the first couple of years, is only good for a couple of surprise wins per year. It’s like the team is always running on fumes. Sure, sometimes it will carry you to the end of the game but, more often than not, you will run out of gas before the end of the game. That is what running a team on emotion and no discipline gets you.

And P.S. isn’t it funny how a coach that preaches the you only win a game in the 4th quarter, more often than not has a game plan that works only for the first quarter, if that?
