And the scary thing is that the rookie CBs are the least of my worries now four games in.

The vets on defense need to clean up their game or else I anticipate some roster and depth chart changes on defense.

Agreed our rookie CBs look or appear more solid than our vets

We need to bring in a leader. I think at this point we might need to accept that letting Bobby go, as slow as he is becoming, was a mistake. Of course, we HAD Adams, and this defense was supposed to be redesigned to focus on him and he was going to provide that on-field leadership.

Without that injury, this team is 3-1 right now, almost guaranteed.

We might need to bring in somebody to put on the pads for leadership and command and control purposes on the field. Somebody who might not be the best physically but can make sure the other guys get in their spots. We just don't have that right now.
