I believe once the ball hits the ground the kicking team is allowed to block him out of the play. The guy put a legal block/push on Dallas until ball is called dead.

Technically a legal block, but still could have been called for Unsportsmanlike Conduct.

If the Seahawks had done it, they would have called it.
