Perry was just cut and now that Barr is going back to Minnesota it sounds like Griffen will be cut. Neither one will command a huge contract because both have recent health issues. Perry had a knee injury last year and Griffen had a mental health issue that caused him to miss games.
I think Seattle could end up with one of them on a short term deal for relatively low money. The added bonus is that because they’d be on the market as cap casualties they would not figure into the comp pick formula.
Could be a win-win. We get a reasonably priced pass rusher and it doesn’t cost us a pick.
