THE NFC WEST: featuring three of the better teams in football. Along with one dysfunctional mess.
Just a sentence or two write up will suffice. I'm not trying to do an entire scouting report or essay on this.
(1) AZ CARDINALS (10-2)
They played the Bears. Murray and Hopkins are back.
(2) LA RAMS (8-4)
They played JAX, it was like getting an additional bye week.
(3) SF 49ERS (6-6)
They spent THREE 1sts and a 3rd on Lance, only to continue to roll with Jimmy. Jimmy will be the starter again next year too, book it. Kyle doesn't offer much outside of the offensive scheme he brings to the table. The 49ers were thoroughly dominated on special teams. The TV cameras would pan to Kyle as he was busy staring at his playsheet, too distracted to bother watching the other units on the team.
(4) SEA SEAHAWKS (4-8)
Paper-Rock-Scissors = 49ers-Rams-Seahawks.
It seemingly never matters how good or bad these teams are playing. These are the results.
There is probably something to this: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nf...9d-with-team-e2-80-99s-performance/ar-AARu0JX
The Seahawks pulled out all of the stops like they were playing for their jobs. The game wasn't actually very close in reality. The Seahawks outplayed the 49ers most of the game, but Gerald Everett did his damnedest to give the game away, making it a close contest on the scoreboard.
Russell Wilson looked healthy, he only had 3 passes get away from him the whole game, Homer still managed to reel in one of these sailed attempts. His INT hit Everett on the button for the walk-in TD, Everett inexplicably bobbled it like he was shaving points.
