The announcers said Russ was playing off script. Gosh who would have thought. This was his trademark with the Hawks. It might have worked for a bit but it did not take long for defenses to figure out his tendencies.

Broncos offense looks respectable in the first half of games. The key for the Broncos offense is how they show up for the second half of the games. Three and outs in the second half could be a problem given how long Denver's defense was on the field in the first half as the Chargers O dominated ToP.
