So many folks on here jumping to shovel dirt on the team. Things can change without ruining them.

Absolutely.

This is the NFL, if you have a good owner, good GM, good coach and good QB you've got a chance to win every year. We have all four of those here.

BUT some very big changes need to happen IMO for us to get back to competing for SB's. Including personnel and coordinators.

Plenty of teams over the years were very good, had an off year because of injuries etc. and have come right back and been playoff bound. Look at the Panthers for one. Lost in the super bowl after a 15-1 season. Went 6-10 last year, now are playing very well and are headed back to the playoffs. Teams have off years, it's not uncommon. Just uncommon for this team. Saints had 3 straight 7-9 seasons, and now have one of the best records in the NFC. The same Saints who won the Super Bowl not long ago.
