I heard Uncle Will was hurt, anybody have any info on what happened? Please add any other injuries that might have happened as well.

Seahawks DT Poona Ford (calf) is week to week.
Ford suffered a calf strain in Seattle's season opener. He started and had two tackles before going down. Bryan Mone is Ford's backup.

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll wouldn't commit to Will Dissly (knee) playing in Week 2.
Dissly had a setback with his surgically-repaired knee in Sunday's win. He looks on the wrong side of questionable for Week 2. Nick Vannett is next up behind Dissly but isn't on the streaming radar.

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said he's "not counting" on DE Ezekiel Ansah (shoulder) returning this week.
Ansah has also been dealing with a groin injury, but it's his shoulder issue that's keeping him out. The Seahawks are listing him as day to day, though it sounds like he'll be out this week. Rasheem Green will make another start if Ansah sits.

In other words, zero chance Poona or Ziggy play week 2. Pete is waiting until Week 3 to bring them back for an NFC opponent. I hate that we won’t have these 2 guys for little Ben and the Stealers.

It was expected that he would miss significant time to start the season. It is why so much money is in incentives for him

Exactly, they never said Ziggy would be back for the opener. It was always HOPE that he would.

They never said he would play at all did they ? There are plenty of injuries that happen during the course of the season...signing injured rehabbing aging players in the hopes they can contribute is folly most of the time .

I think I read that he didn't really twist it, but kind of knocked knees with Britt. Britt went back in, but with Dissly's recent surgery, the held him out to see if it swelled up or anything.

Great news if he can go. He's a real threat that we will need in Pittsburgh.
