I just listened to this interview, and George has some interesting history. Wait until you hear who was on his high school football team.

DANNY, DAVE AND MOORE

November 29, 2016 - Hour 3

Seahawks Spotlight: Running back George Farmer joins where he talks about playing in his first regular season game in the NFL, the atmosphere in the Seahawks locker room and how the team is responding from the loss last Sunday.

With CJ Prosise out until at least the playoffs, will Thomas Rawls be able to carry the load for the run game? Will the return of the read option help the run game return to its usual dominance? Are the Panthers still the Seahawks rival? How have they fallen so far from last year? Do the Seahawks match up better with the Panthers this year than they did last year? Today is Russell Wilson's 28th birthday, what would be the best birthday present for him? A better offensive line? Full health?

Thanks for the link!

If Farmer pans out as a RB and can translate his exceptional athleticism to the position the Hawks will have found a potentially great player with a huge chip on his shoulder to prove himself.

Those Serra teams have been a college/NFL factory in recent years. We got George, Robert Woods, Marqise Lee and Adoree Jackson to USC from Serra (and I'm probably missing a couple of others). All are either in the NFL or--in Adoree's case--going to be.

Richardson started at UCLA before transferring to Colorado and then, of course, to the Hawks.
