To be honest, I've never been convinced that his deep ball was all it was cracked up to be. He got bailed out by his receivers, a lot.
It was hard to see on TV, but watching it live, you could see it. They had to make a lot of adjustments. I bet Jeudy figures it out, and the deep ball starts looking a bit better for them.
