Didn't see this posted anywhere, and figured in the midst of all the negative articles on us we needed a good one.

Dan Quinn's defense is just the fourth in history to rank No. 1 in interceptions and passing yards allowed. The other three wound up in the Super Bowl.

What's amazing to me is they've only allowed five 200+ yard passing games all year and four of those were 214 (Jags in garbage time) or under. The big one? 325 yards...by Matt Schaub of all people. In today's pass-happy NFL that is absolutely amazing.

Yep....I figure that Dan Quinn is as good as gone after the Super Bowl.....if any team can wait that long.

what's great is that we will replace dan Quinn with someone else and still be good. people seem to forget that pete is a big part of running the D and his specialty is secondary. hardly gets mentioned when the national media talks about Quinn and the defense.
