Help someone out who hasnt followed this team

I know it's like only 1 quarter of football, but I thought the D was supposed to be a lot better?

Haven't followed the Hawks in awhile. Just getting back into the swing of things with this team

It’s definitely too early to say they haven’t improved. Some of the guys out there had very little time to gel in the pre season. Check back in a week or two and we will know a lot more about this year’s defense.

I don't put a lot of stock into first drives. Especially on opening day. Let's see how the whole game pans out before we panic.

Because of the way practices are and training camp limitations it takes time during the regular season to gel for most groups. Even back in the LOB days they were at their best during the latter part of the season.

It does seem like the run D is improved a bit. Offense is underwhelming.. meh

Well, I've seen enough to know this team is maybe a .500 ball club.
