Realistically we need to bench geno and start developing a new quarter back it’s obvious he is not going to help us win
The season is over San Francisco just demolished us at home and we have to go play them again in two weeks
Development of our young players and rest for our future talent is what really needs to happen

There's absolutely no point in benching Geno right now, though. If we're looking to develop our young players, we should strive to keep most variables the same. Lock hasn't shown the ability to provide a spark and at least 60% or so of the offensive woes right now are systemic in nature.

Move on from him after the season, sure.
