Actually he looks good and and a bit bulked up over last season, 10 pounds or thereabouts. This was a team goal for Irvin for the offseason (to add bulk) and and it looks as if he worked had in a weights program to gain muscle mass. If he hasn't compromised his speed with the added weight he will be a better Leo end after he returns from his suspension. I think we will see a very determined guy when he returns and a more complete DE.

I can see the team switching up to a 3-4 in pass rush situation and turn ing each of Avril bennett and Irvin loose. Having some 3 tech rush at other times will be nice in combination with the return of Clem.

He was at 245 at the combine.

I doubt that he lost 15 lbs. between then and rookie camp last year.

Steroids work! I take them every day to stay alive and I'm still at 210 and I haven't eaten a solid meal since last July. If he was taking adderall he'd be pehawk's size. That stuff kept my weight in the 175 range. And yes... I am saying that I'm EXACTLY like Bruce Irvin. Same metabolism, same training regiment, the whole 9 yards.

I've read where football analysts have said a full year in a NFL offseason program will add 10-15 lbs and i'd say thats what it looks like Bruce has put on, he does'nt have the Barry Bonds dome so i'd say its not roids.
