It was one of what I believe were many attempts to steer this one by officiating.

Without help from the zebras, this would have been a 45 to 20 game.

Yeah, if they are calling those now, they can throw a flag almost every throw

Pretty much every play between Gilmore and Dk had that amount of contact.

Amadi had him hooked and held him to long, when a Ref sees your arm extend from behind a receiver your gonna get a flag.

Bill works the ref's like nobody else, he takes games before and watches how we defend and brings the issues up to officials before the game and during. Those types of Coaches get a lot of calls.

Lots of phantom calls against Seattle last night, lots of no calls that should have been called against NE.
That’s why I believe you should put opponents away when you can. It takes the steering/zebra element out of the game.

They were trying, when we got up Belichek really started his Ref stuff.

He did it when we played in the Super Bowl also if you remember, all over how Shem was playing his man and Bennett as well, on Ifedi for how he was lining up in games also.

I would put money almost every staff doing the exact same thing for every game. The only difference is some coaches/staffs have more clout than others

No, some coaches have a knack for being in the ear of these guys, Bill specifically looks for things that usually are non calls but are infractions and works them before the game saying watch this player doing this and when he sees it in game pushes it till it is called etc.

Holmgren did it also.

Pete points it out but as you stated some Coaches have a way of doing it.

Bill can make you uneasy with his stare, Holmgren his presence guys like that and others.

He sold it so hard and I thought it was penalty live.

On the replay though it wasn't near as bad and it was all his flopping.

Pats get calls.
