I am going to make a change to my Seahawks selection above. I will post it here and change it there.

Having referenced my own Seahawks-centric draft board with my projection of the first 25 picks, barring a trade down I have narrowed the options down to 4 prospects . . .

DE Emmanuel Ogbah, Oklahoma State . . . I have him ranked 16th overall and he has the elite length and athleticism the Seahawks love. His tape reeveals a somewhat raw athlete though. He doesn't anticipate the snap well, but is explosive out of his snap. Uses his arms well to engage the blockers and has active hands, but doesn't shows much in the way of moves. Explosion and bulls rush is about it. But he's got the frame and athletic numbers to learn and grow technically more proficient. And his size gives him a shot as an inside/outside defender.

RB Derrick Henry, Alabama . . . I have him ranked 17th overall right behind Ogbah. You guys know I love him. Enough said.

LB Noah Spence, E. Kentucky . . . 22nd overall. He's a tick below Ogbah as an athlete, but plays a different game. If Ogbah prefer to go through or by people, Spence's one move is to go around them. Still very raw, and frankly, plays the game more like a linebacker than an end. And if we take him, I think it is to plays Irvin's role . . . but can he drop into coverage?

DT Jonathan Bullard, Florida . . . 23rd overall. I love his length, athletic ability and passion for the game. To may he ticks the boxes for the Seahawks as a guy who wants to get better and be the best.

The question becomes not just who is the best player, but who offers the biggest upgrade, and who fits the Carroll way of doing things. I don't see Ogbah being an upgrade over Bennett, Avril or Clark. I have a hard time seeing them invest a first round pick at OLB. So its down to Bullard or Henry. Henry or Bullard.

Bullard represents an upgrade over Hill and a motley cast of characters inside at tackle, with the ability to take over for Bennett down the line.

But Henry keeps popping up to me because I KNOW Pete loves to have a deep and elite stable of running backs. Back to his days at USC he had 3-4 backs who could star on another team sharing reps, playing roles. I love Rawls, and like Michaels, but I can still see them drooling at a back like Henry with his size, top end speed, and open field vision. He is the kind of back who is a threat every time he has the ball to turn a 3 yard gain into a 30 yard gain.

So yeah . . . I'm changing my Seahawks pick to Henry. Haters gonna hate.

Can I just insert Mel Kiper's for my own???

Actually, I think the Hawks trade out of the first round and I'm pretty sure it is Peter King who mocks his draft with the Seahawks trading with the Browns. So I'll use that one. :)

1. Los Angeles Rams
Jared Goff, QB, CA: The fact that Goff could grow into a hometown hero swings this pick for the relocated Rams.

2. Philadelphia Eagles
Carson Wentz, QB, ND State: The Eagles need to distance themselves from Bradford and Kelly’s stable of bad quarterbacks.

3. San Diego Chargers
Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss: The Chargers need better protection.

4. Dallas Cowboys
DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon: The Cowboys need to bolster the pass rush. Recent events have left them thin.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Myles Jack, LB, UCLA: Their coach loves LBs and defense. He needs to improve the front seven.

6. Baltimore Ravens:
Jalen Ramsey, CB-S, Florida State: There going defense and love this pick.

7. San Francisco 49ers
Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State: They are not going for the third ranked QB at number 7. They have too many needs and it’s too risky. Bosa had a ton of Hype.

8. Cleveland Browns:
Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis: The Browns will destroy another QB. The owner makes this pick. They love his character.

9. Tampa Bay Bucs:
Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida: Hometown pick to improve the D.

10. New York Giants:
Ezekial Elliott, RB, Ohio State: Spent the big bucks this off-season on D. This is my surprise pick. The Gmen have been going offense in the first round.

11. Chicago Bears:
Shaq Lawson, DE-OLB, Clemson: This is the player they targeted.

12. New Orleans Saints
William Jackson III, CB, Houston: They need the versatility and pass defense. IMO no Browner!

13. Miami Dolphins:
Darron Lee, LB, Ohio State: The Dolphins are going for a little speed here. Made many changes defensively.

14. Oakland Raiders:
Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama: They need a guy in the middle. A replacement part.

15. Tennessee Titans:
Ronnie Stanley, OT, ND: The trade down nets them the second ranked tackle.

16. Detroit Lions:
Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville: Value pick and wait for offensive tackle later in draft.

17. Atlanta Falcons:
Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia: Edge rusher desire filed.

18. Indianapolis Colts:
Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State: They choose to shore up the OL....

19. Buffalo Bills:
Noah Spence, DE, Eastern Kentucky: Pass rush option..

20. NY Jets:
Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State: The jets choose to reload some in the secondary.

21. Washington Redskins:
A'Shawn Robinson, DT, Alabama

22. Houston Texans
Josh Doctson, WR, TCU

23. Minnesota Vikings
Laquon Treadwell, WR, Mississippi:

24. Cincinnati Bengals
Will Fuller, WR, Notre Dame: Its a wide out run but the cupboard got raided.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers
Jack Conklin: Steelers draft well on the Oline and need a player here.

26. Seattle Seahawks
Le Raven Clark: this is high for him but you cant teach natural size and decent feet better ceiling than Ifedi.

Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama:

28. Kansas City Chiefs
Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson:

29. Arizona Cardinals
Ryan Kelly C, Alabama:

30. Carolina Panthers

I'm not going to project trades, because they will undoubtably be biased towards Seattle. The killers for me were giving Jalen Ramsey to the Niners and TJ Green to the Cardinals.

For Seattle:
Germaine Ifedi
Jonathan Bullard
Vernon Butler
Derrick Henry
Connor McGovern
Joe Dahl
Josh Garnett
Marcus Henry
Will Parks
Dak Prescott
Justin Simmons
Jordan Lucas
DJ Reader
Justin Zimmer
Ricardo Louis
Daryl Worley
Trae Elston
Via Tuafilo
Joe Thuney
Rees Obhiamosomethinglongandunpronouncable

Last minute changes. Made some adjustment to the top 10 teams, changed Seattle's pick for the last time, and changed a name or two on the list of 20.

I'm done. For real.
