Lindy's Draft profiles Comp to Seattle Draft

I love the Draft, been watching it every year since the 2006 or so. Each Year I pick up LINDY'S SPORTS PRO FOOTBALL DRAFT MAGAZINE. Obviously it's not the end all be all, but I think it's a good resource though Lindy's doesn't have updated information like Combine info (since it's so late now)...

    Jameis Winston Vs Deshaun Watson

I’m of the opinion that I’d rather pursue Jameis Winston than Deshaun Watson- which would require several draft picks along with the baggage Of his off the fields issues. Get Winston on a two year deal and draft someone in the 1st or 2nd year To groom for the future.

Don't think PC or JS should be fired

I know there's alot of annoyance on on here and rightly so. But I think it would be a HUGE mistake and incredibly premature to fire either JS or PC after this year. One bad year does not justify such actions IMO. Look at the Packers in 2018 (2017 too), they were bad only to rebound in 2019...

    2- 1000 yard Wr’s

This Sunday the Seahawks just need to get 7 yard IIRC DK to break the Seattle single season yards record and Tyler just needs 36 yards to surpass 1,000 yard on the season. Has Seattle ever had 2 - 1,000 yard Wr’s in the same season? Kinda mind blowing and awesome to see both guys excel this season.

Beat ourselves with stupidity on defense

2 plays illustrate this perfectly. These 2 fouls were major factors in the loss. The first being Bobby’s, yes it as close but he put himself in a bad spot and for the foul. They were literally punting and instead a few plays later celebrating a TD. The near the end of regulation mayowa goes...

Enemy Reaction- Field Gulls Article - Prediction

Pete Prisco's prediction is the best in retrospect. Everything he predicts is wrong (aside from the obvious Rams).. Packers vs Jaguars Super Bowl prediction hasn't aged well. :) https://www.fieldgulls.com/2019/1/1/181 ... redictions

    Sweezy vs Pocic?? thoughts?

Gentlemen; I had a question to those who analyze this more than I do. I'm quite happy with the progress the OL has made. However, I'm curious is Sweezy playing that much better than Pocic was? Or is it just a matter of he's the right fit and the hot hand at this time? I was excited that Pocic...

So what's the deal with Alex Collins??

How is it possible that Pope and more shockingly George Farmer are playing ahead of this guy? Is he in the doghouse, or is he just not that good? PC made it seem like he'd be playing last week or this week-- the coaches seem to be pumping him up in comments talking about him transforming his...

2016 Draft comp- Lindy's Sports Mag

Each year during the long draft process I always pick up a copy of Lindy's Sports Pro Football Draft Guide. This is put out in early March after the combine but without the actual combine data. Each year after the draft I compare the Seahawks draft class to how Lindy's has them graded...

Tweets of the day- Rookie Minicamp

John Boyle ‏@johnpboyle · 22m Highlight of the day was Paul Richardson blowing by Eric Pinkins to catch a 63-yd TD from Keith Price. DE Cassius Marsh also impressed... Curtis Crabtree ‏@Curtis_Crabtree · 27m Cassius Marsh also showed up a few times with some quick inside rushes into the...

    Love this draft -needs /competition

After the dust settled and the draft is in the books, my only reaction can be extremely positive. for a few reasons. Firstly, it seemed pretty obvious that wr and ol was our two biggest needs, so we addressed both with our 1st 2 picks. 2nd - it seems pretty obvious based on the builds of...

    Greg Scruggs is awesomesause!

Scruggs radio interview. PURE GOLD! His enthusiasm is evident. http://seattle.cbslocal.com/2014/02/27/ ... es-harder/ When I heard Scruggs went down with injury I was really disappointed I was hoping to see him take a huge leap forward last year and I believe he would have factored into the...

Sea= Mediocre offense, vs DEN= unstoppable offense??

Is it just me or does anyone else find it ridiculous that the media seems to be painting a picture of A) Seattle has a limited and ultra conservative offense. B) Denver has the most amazing offense that planet earth has seen. With so many Weapons Seattle can't possibly comprehend. No one...

LOB shoutout on AMC Movie Talk..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjHfntSgMaE I'm not sure how many of you listen to AMC Movie Talk , It's an online daily show that talks about movies, (obviously) the main guy John Campea is from Canada and a Seahawks Fan. The last two days he's given some Seahawk love at the start of the show...

Greatest team in Seahawk history- 2005 or 2013?

I've been wanting to discuss this ever since the playoffs began. Since we now are NFC champs. Which team is the best in team history? 2005 or 2013. Because the 2013 team has accomplished everything the 2005 squad did. Obviously if we win in 2 weeks this discussion becomes moot. So I ask you...

    Quinn 2nd interview with Browns

I'm seeing reports that Dan Quinn will be interviewing again with the Browns. My questions is why on earth would he be interested in that dumpster fire? The Browns have been perpetual losers. The upper management have a black eye seeing as they hand picked the last coach only to fire him less...

Carpenter to start @ LG on Sunday

I'm excited for Carpenter this weekend. He's played a lot this year, I'd really like to see him play well and grab the job permanently. I remember last year in SF, him playing and bulldozing Justin Smith in the running game. Hopefully, the running game game can step up like it was going before...

6 days until Preseason-Who you watching?

I can't beleive it. 6 days until an actual game! albeit a preseason game. I love the preseason, it's the oasis after struggling through the desert that is the NFL offseason. Obviously, SEPT is the promised land, but preseason is great to quench the football thirst that has been building ever...

    ID WR- Justin Veltung Signed

Interesting player. Inconsistent at Idaho, but clearly a great athlete. Maybe with competant coaching he can develop into a good player. Curtis Crabtree‏@Curtis_Crabtree9m #Seahawks have signed WR Justin Veltung per league personnel notice. He participated in the team's rookie mini-camp as a...
