    So who just played their last game for Seattle?

    I thought Willson took a big step forward this season. The issue I had with him in the past was the drops. He seemed to mostly correct that this year. I'd like to see him in a hawks uniform next year.

    The first 4 rounds are slightly skewed towards Offense: 2010: 2 Offense, 3 Defense 2011: 3 Offense, 1 Defense 2012: 2 Offense, 3 Defense 2013: 2 Offense, 1 Defense 2014: 3 Offense, 2 Defense The 5th through 7th rounds are also balanced with two years (2011 and 2012) being HUGE exceptions...

    Seahawks Run - Who's In?

    I've run for each of the last 3 years and plan to do the 12K again this year. Running out to and around the VMAC is a great and unique experience, in my opinion.
