So very true! That's what is amusing to me about the Broncos. Once Manning retiree, this team will not be prepared for long term stability, such as how the Hawks are. Pete built a dynasty, the Broncos built a team that was meant to be successful and win championships in short term.
Haha so right Jon, I suppose I didn't fully think out or properly elaborate on my post. Alas, I'm still young and learning the finest points of the game! I'm no expert, but I think I have a fair grasp of things in the game (played in high school) so bear with me mates!
Very true kidhawk, attitude is a much better word for it! Attitude is a huge factor when it comes to high pressure situations. Also, Seafan, you're right it wasn't all Mannings fault really. His line didn't play like the number one line they are. But I did expect manning it notice how shallow...
I think it's fair to say that Mannings relentless preparation and constantly processing mind was one of the biggest downfalls for the Broncos at the Super Bowl. Look at the attitudes of the two teams before the game: the Hawks were loose, joking, relaxed and overall very laid back. The Broncos...
I just told him how much of an inspiration he's been to me, even since his college days, seeing as how he's always been given crap about his size. He sent back "thanks boss". Short but sweet lol. And true I didn't think of twitter even!
Getting ahold of Hawks players is a lot easier then you would think! If you can get onto their official Facebook pages and just message them, it actually works at times! Got a message back today from Chancellor actually! Just thought it was a fun way to get even closer with your favorite players...
Both safeties on this team are absolute monsters. They not only hit like linebackers, but they have the speed of receivers, and do a great job of timing plays. To be honest, I'm not sure if even the likes of Ed Reed ever laid down the hammers on relievers/running backs like Thomas and Chancellor do
Howdy guys! Fun little question for y'all: which defensive player do you guys think is the biggest key to the Seahawks overall dominance? While I no doubt believe it is all a collective effort to be so dominant, which player provides the most "boost" overall from their position? Whether it be on...
Haha just got a call from my Aunt, apparently I should be expecting some "financial aid" from her soon because "if you don't have a jersey, how can you proudly represent your team when you can't speak about your love to others?" So I'll be getting a Chancellor jersey here soon. I do know my...
Sorry I haven't had time to respond to everyone on here, been in class and just got a break. I can understand how my past support for teams looks a bit sketchy, but the way I look at it, if I was a true fan of those teams I would have felt a strong enough connection with the fan base and...
I love all the input!!! I am ready to fully devote myself to a NFL team and what better then my home state! I love the 12 man, and the whole culture of the Seahawks squad! And I am definitely ready to stick with the Seahawks through thick and thin! And I think embracing my fellow fans...
Good point Brahn, since the Sonics have been gone, I've had to become a Nuggets fan. But if the Sonics ever come back, I'll don the Green and Yellow in a heartbeat
Thanks a lot man!! I really appreciate the feedback, I just needed some reaffirmation from a fellow Hawks man! I'm excited for this renewed relationship with my fellow Seattle fans!
