Does that qualify as pumping up a player to get a possible trade the way they talked him up in camp repeatedly

I'm not sure he has very much trade value at this point. Maybe they can get a conditional 6th round pick at best for him.

I think Bobo is a lock to make it. He looks like he could turn out to be our next Baldwin type.
Eskridge's suspension probably saves him as I think Njigba will be ready to play in game one and could be the guy who will decide the WR position gets thinned. I also don't think any of our top DBs are on the bubble, including Jackson. That position is too injury prone. It's the D Line that has me worried. Who can we afford to lose without first getting a replacement?

"IF" we cut Bobo, not only the 12s will be unhappy, the Broncos will jump on him immediately. Bobo can play slot WR and seems to be good sandlot stuff, finding an open spot when QB scrambled around.

Wilson may dumb Ciara for Bobo.

He had a TFL today, but other than that, he hasn't really done anything to stand out.

There is a good chance he will be starting week 1, and will definitely make the team.

Why would we want him six weeks from now?

On suspension, he doesn't count against the roster, so there would be no gain for cutting him now. Might as well keep him, and see if we have injuries he can help fill one he's eligible. That being said, I have no issue getting rid of him at that point.
