Haven't watched one all year...Sunday night or Monday night very rarely and can't get through a full game.

I'll watch it if the Seahawks are on and the local channel shows it, but otherwise I don't. Never liked Thursday football, don't think I ever will.

If I had final say over all NFL matters, there are so many things I would change. Thursday night football would be near the top of the list. The owners would hate me, but again I have final say, so they can suck it. I suppose I would let the Thanksgiving games stand just because it's tradition but that's it for Thursday games. No stupid Friday games either to start the season either. F that. No more overseas games. Man, don't get me started.

If I was a fan of other pro sports I would probably never watch a single TNF game unless we were playing. However, the NFL is my only pro sport love, so I watch simply because it's NFL football, for better or for - a lot of times - worse.

Stopped watching all night games last year unless we're in it. And even then, I'll tape it and come in without commercials.

I absolutely detest the international games - just refuse to watch them. Think Munich did me in on that front.

Last night's game was Houston's version of our Buffalo game. I virtually NEVER root for the Jets. BUT, a jet made a one handed catch at the back of the end zone that will be in the running for play of the year, so that was worth seeing. Otherwise the game was a waste of time.

Completely forgot there was a game last night.
I didn't watch most of it just because of Jets fatigue. Can you imagine what things would be like if those a holes were actually any good?? They'd be on TV as much as Dallas. 😳

I checked my phone for the score and saw it was 0-0 late in the 2nd quarter so my girl and I kept watching our normal shows. I checked again in the 4th and saw the Jets were leading 14-10 with 6 minutes left or something like that and that is when we decided to watch it in the 4th quarter on.

This is precisely how I will choose to watch (or not watch) the Seahawks games from here on out. If it's close and competitive late in the game (or the Seahawks are kicking ass) I'll turn it on. Otherwise I'll save myself the stress and grief.

I had the game on in the background while successive waves of children destroyed my lawn. The first half was awful, but overall, it was entertaining. As long as it is competitive, I'll keep it on.

What I found most interesting was how bad CJ Stroud looked behind that offensive line. It was eerily reminiscent of our struggles. The defense clamped down on the underneath game, forcing the Texans and their awful O-line to pass protect on long developing routes.

I wondered why Stroud has taken such a massive step backward this season. Now, I know. The Texans look ripe to implode.

I mean it's nice to have a football game on Thursday for fans, but sucks for the players unless it's always before your bye week, as I think it should be. Don't they do that for euro games?

I miss when it was just MNF and it was always special no matter who was playing. The league has tried to feast on prime time games and it's ruined what made them special in the first place.

I'd have football on both Wednesday and Thursday.

...and more International games.

The only thing AR did for the Jets? Made me hate them by proxy of him.

Before I couldn't have cared less about the Jets!

In a lofty place tanglin' with Satan over history.

That's what happened to me Sunday. I was having a "mental health day" and decided to just kinda check on the score every 10 minutes or so. I already had a really bad feeling about the matchup, anyway.
