I think the way they played against the Rams sort of confirms this. They looked much better in this game. I think Jones getting his second week with the team and stacking that learning experience helped a ton too. I still think they're a couple of players away from being really good but with another off season maybe they get there and this defense is elite sooner rather than later.

I was able to re-watch a good chunk of the game and Jones played really well. The upgrade over a$$head Baker is massive. The dude was born to be a LB. They had better discipline across the board for the most part. Honestly, now that Bryant has learned how to tackle and Jobe coming on, the D is getting close. Famous last words...I know, but the talent is there.
OL, OL, OL...not sure where to start, but whatever it is, Pony up the $$$ and get'er done. Prob not this season, but find the best OL whisperer in the league, double his salary and rent the nicest place on the lake close to the practice facility. Whatever it takes.
