Beautiful sunny day here. Unobstructed view of the lake and 18 holes of golf in shorts and a polo. God I love my life!
What! My day was so much lamer than that I was busting tile and plywood out from under the cabinets and was wearing long pants…. I hate long pants

I hate the cold. That’s why I moved to the worlds second best climate.

That’s my kids football team, I got two boys out there first year players
My kid is in 7th grade. I helped coach him all through peewee (head coach last two years).

This year, I didn’t volunteer as middle school and above has a paid staff. They had a coach quit and I was asked to continue coaching. Just not in my kids position group (which I never did anyways…never called the plays either as I had an OC for that). No ‘daddy-ball’.

He led the team in tackles and rushing yards this year…super proud of him.

He turns 13 in February. He’s currently 5’11, 170 lbs. My dad was 6’5….the height skipped me (just under 6’).

Some of the best times of your life Sperry…love to see the youngsters on their thing.

So, why am I typing this long, drawn out story? I’ve got a turd that won’t come out and definitely have time. We had Skyline Chili with a ton of cheese and it has my ass backed up like a traffic jam.

Hahahahahaha I was gonna respond with how old my kids are (6th grade one is a white boy and one is a black boy) ones mine and ones my wife’s, but they’re both mine, 2 out of 6 boys and a girl on the way so 7, I coached this year, first time coaching football but I’ve coached wrestling forever. Football was absolutely awesome to coach but I have a hard time not being able to go out on the field. I debated on wearing my motorcycle helmet to practice cause I kept banging my head on kids face masks. But after you said you had so much chili induced time on your hands I forgot what I was gonna say
