Three of four teams in this division went to the playoffs this year, next year will be even more intriguing with Pete in the mix. Some random thoughts:
  1. Old coaches
Pete is 74? Peyton and Harbaugh are the kids here at 61, and Reid is 66.
  2. Championships
How many Super Bowl rings, conference championships and College national champs does this group of coaches have?
  3. HOF
How many of them are going to the Hall of Fame? Probably all four but at least three?
  4. How many HOF QBs have these coaches developed?
At least three? Mahomes, Wilson, Brees?
When the league is going young with head coaches, the division is just the opposite. NFC west is the youngest, I think it's under 40, or young enough to be sons of the AFC west coaches.

Not all the young coaches have worked out...trying to get the next Mcvay hasn't been successful. Former players as coaches have been more miss than hit.
