Anyone feeling it? I'm at a loss for any hope going forward. We are our own worst enemy. Comical style of plays, shoot ourselves in the foot whenever we have an opportunity to do something positive.

I'm ready for Geno to be pulled and see how that plays out. It that's a failure then we go for a 1 year veteran and draft us a QB. We are do ne. I'm still hoping Mcdonald beco.es that legend of a coach we hope him to be. I won't write him off for 1 season but next year has to show some major progress. Ok I'm done ranting...carry on.

I think we're a pretty solid team, but pretty inconsistent as well. We played good D in the first half. The offense showed balance and explosiveness at times. We just can't seem to put 60 minutes of solid play together yet.

I was expecting 8-9. On pace. Just have to give MM time to create his roster. We need a QB and a OL in the massive way.

Can’t say it’s over when the division is bad. Still in it

No, but it will really depend on how the coaching staff responds to this loss.

We made the changes on defense and seemingly added a stud in Jones IV. That defense looked like one of the best in the league minus two drives.

I was actually very impressed with our players response in this game. Geno--I swear, I was ready for the sideline meltdown, but it never came. He had some real bad moments, half on him, half that he'll get blamed for but weren't really on him (and those are the ones he seems to have the least composure with), and instead he just kept his head down and brought us back into the game.

Our WRs, especially, JSN, stepped up with no DK. We had a practice squad dude who actually balled out pretty good.

Our defense was put in multiple bad situations and just kept coming back at it.

On special teams, we blow that XP, yeah, but blocked punt, fantastic punt and kickoff coverage all game long. Those dudes BALLED.

Like, anyone who wasn't impressed with the fight in our players, I have some issues with you right now.

But I was less impressed by our coaching. One, Grubb has some really, really bad tendencies to get one dimensional in so many situations. My man NEEDS to help our O-Line with more creative run plays. Let's go wide every once in a while, let's do some jet sweeps. Let's do more play action.

And Macdonald, dude... how many essentially game-sealing momentum shifts do you need to personally witness on 4th and 1 tries before you realize that's not how our team works?

We are only 1 game down. If our coaching staff implodes on itself (I see the hints of a rift between Grubb and Macdonald) or they don't internalize this stuff during the bye-week, yeah, that could be the season. But it doesn't have to be.
