4-game set. Probables:
Need to keep winning, especially at home.

in the last 25 years we've definitely been worse. mediocre is a step up in some cases. No doubt. Everything sucks. All of the things.
Also, don't forget that you going to the stadium means that you are "satisfied with mediocre"
Aaaaah, the classics.

Could you imagine? That would be crazy.Man I thought it was a trade….
Ouch! That is a lot for a rental that will never re-sign here. Especially since we are only i the wildcard hunt along with a bunch of teams. I love going for it but you have to at least look like you have the chance of winning it in order to give up your top prospects. I mean trading guys like Peete or Evans or Walter Ford I can see at this point but I don't feel the day to trade the others. Now if Miller had value I would deal him in a second but I think last offseason was the time for that. Celesten might be one top 5 prospect I would trade only because he seems to get hurt a lot and at some point you are going to have to choose between him and Emerson. I love Emerson. For funsies i'll post what I want to happen:
Trade Young, Ford/Hancock to TOR for Bichette or to BAL for O'Hearn. They would have to give up at least 2 players for one of those dudes. TOR already has a catcher so for them it would be Young and Hancock.
I'd rather have them do that instead of going after a first baseman/DH.
