Rookie Signings?

I see a lot of teams signing their rookie draft choices including first rounders and we haven't signed one what's up with that?

We hardly ever announce our signings till all are completed.

Rookie signings aren’t nearly the issue they used to be. Rookie salary cap fixed all the holdouts.

It's not like they're missing anything by not being signed yet. No logical reason why any of them would be a rare holdout under the current system. Feels like Milroe especially should sign the second he can before our front office watches the tape they clearly neglected and get buyer's remorse.
