We’re not trading for a rental. I think we stand pat if anything. Maybe if an offer is too good we get some draft capital

At this point why make that trade. Need way more than a RG. Just sell who they can sell. WR and RB should be sold. We have pieces that can fill in. But don’t sell just to sell. 2nd round or better type trades. Also need to hire someone who knows lineman talent. Cause this team for decades now hasn’t got a clue.

Should be sellers here. We are trending downward, like the Titanic, in every aspect of the game besides punting. Need draft picks, need qb1, need oc, need gm. We need an enema.

Funny you use the word turnstile. I've been calling them the Seattle Turnstiles the last couple games. It's a pretty accurate description of the line. Esp that right side.
Found some game footage of opposing teams D-line handling the Hawks O-line.

Oh yeah - and the Hawks don't seem to be in a position to be buying during this trade deadline. That would probably just dig the hole deeper. Unless MacD has some magic he can work that we didn't see coming.

That was my homer driven preseason prediction.

It burns Sperry. It really, really burns.🥵
Since there's an optimistic thread currently running on the board - I'll let some spill out here as well.

Your prediction still has a chance! All they have to do is win out.

Potential trade candidates of Seahawk players?

Woolen
DK
Lockett
Noah Fant
K9

That is if you're burning it all down and heavily investing in the upcoming draft.

"ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday that "despite any speculation, the Seahawks will not be trading wide receiver D.K. Metcalf by today’s 4 pm trade deadline."

Metcalf was among several wide receivers rumored to be tied to Pittsburgh before today's 4 p.m. trade deadline."

SUCK IT, STEALERS.

I hope we don't do anything desperate. Especially if it looks like an 8-game rental.

You said that right. Smarts, leadership, processing. I swear he doesn’t read the blitz or rollout of the pocket when he knows it won’t hold up. We were pressuring Stafford yesterday but got no sacks because he would read and move. There is no way stafford is more mobile than geno but geno just stands there like the Statue of Liberty and gets crushed
Standing ovation... hands clapping fiercely....

Seattle should trade for a rental lineman. The front office needs to find out what they have in this offense, and right now, they don't have the guys up front to execute.

The NFL trade Deadline is usually a pretty uneventful day. That's the one thing the NFL hasn't figured out how to turn into a big moneymaking event yet. I'm sure someday they will and it will be a televised primetime event like the schedule release. 🙄
