Anybody else seeing terrible picture quality?

Yeah, I have Comcast and I am getting a digitalized signal and audio. Had to start streaming the game on the computer.

Picture quality has been terrible on Xfinity. Content coming in standard def. It seems to have cleaned up a bit in the last few minutes.
