Lots of chatter about a possible trade with the Pats for Joe Milton. Has a cannon for an arm, lots of mobility, and tons of upside. As a 6th round pick, it shouldn't take too much to pry him away. Would be fun to see him duke it out with Howell if they decide to part ways with Geno. And if it doesn't work out, we would be in good position to draft a qbotf in '26. It's not like Geno is going to sniff a sb, so let's make a move before it's too late.

Sounds like they're all in on Maye, but for the right price, I can see where they might let him go. Or not. Who knows...

^Nice. Not to equate us 12's with Satan in Milton's poem, but I kind of feel like we're on a similar journey with the Hawks, having left the paradise years in search of a different iteration. Will be interesting to see if we actually do.

By "chatter" it means nothing more than a topic created by content creators. It isn't like the Pats threw this out there. The insider information is just 1 + 1 = 2 type stuff. New England has Drake Maye so maybe they'd part with Milton, who had a decent game against Buffalo to show case his talents, so teams that need a QB should give them a call.

Milton 4.8 sec, can't run like Sam Howell 4.57 sec, both Wilson 4.55 sec and Geno 4.58 sec are similar.

Milton 62 mph, has a slightly higher ball velocity than Sam Howell 59 mph, both Wilson and Geno at 55mph.

Howell is as good if not better than Milton????

Sam Howell had what? 3 or 4 good games for Washington that season. So if he only came in for one game and had one of his good ones then he'd probably be getting that hype too.

Yeah. It's worth talking about. It could be an option. I wasn't trying to drag the thread down. Just saying NE hasn't put him on the trade block.

I thought this was going to be about the poet.
