About Haniger and Garver "We anticipate both buys bouncing back and being better than they were his year" Hallender said.
They hit for a COMBINED .190 batting average. This team is infuriatingly bad. TRASH and it will NEVER EVER get any better, especially with people like this guy and used car Jerry running the team. So that's two completely dead holes in the lineup right off the start that won't be fixed and people wonder why this team never gets any better. 22% of the lineup just pissed away into the void before they even start free agency. And that's just 2 players, just 1 more and you are giving up on 30% of the batting order.

Would the Dodgers or Yankees put up with ******* shit garbage players like this? Not a ******* chance. They try to improve their teams win or lose.
The Seattle Mariners are a group of professional losers.

I don't know why I even get annoyed anymore. I know they won't do jack shit to win.
Now they want to build a new arena for the Aquasox in Everett with taxpayer money. Go **** yourself chodes. Seriously **** off with that shit. It even says on the Everett page if they don't do anything they risk the team moving.
To be fair, neither of these guys are front line starters. Hannie is a 4th/5th OF and Garv is a backup catcher behind one of the best in the league. Until guys in the minors are ready - and the best I've heard is that Ford is 1-2 years away - matching other positions.

No guarantees either would survive spring training, either. I understand the frustration, but like you said, they haven't really started FA yet and the Winter meetings are in the offing.

We're just a very bad organization, from top to bottom, and we've got the record to prove it. There's no cause for optimism with this team. It's nothing but skepticism and doubt until they prove it.

I was certain the M's wouldn't win the division in 2025 either, until I saw DiBozo acquired the immortal Haggen Danner. The final piece we've all been clamoring for. Way to go Jerry.... Scouring that waiver wire for the next Jacob Nottingham, who he has already brought back to the organization for the 8th time. What's really sad about this organization is..... They COULD actually stun the baseball world & sign BOTH Bregman & Alonso. Even with regression & park factor, adding them to this lineup improves every other hitter & solves their offensive issues. Add a couple decent bullpen arms & they run away with the division.
