Jets Fan Rich Eisen Reacts

Rich seems a bit caustic.

Eisen is a mouth breather. I stopped 40 seconds in and this dude is saying Jets marched down the field and gave the Jets a 14-0 lead. Didn't even mention that WE MUFFLED 2 kick off drops and gave Rodgers a very short field. Rodgers didn't do shit. Mind you Eisen take away the 14 points we gifted them and that fluke kick off return, and then we score inside of the 5, you're looking at 34-0 Seahawks victory. I'm not defending the overall play we did because our offense wasn't good, but to sit there and say Rodgers did this and that is complete rubbish.

Aaron through the weeks as a Jet always looks so nonchalant and the only times he seems to have a sense of urgency is when he's looking down field to scold his receivers.

Yeah, you're right. Eisen is a pretty cool dude. I just don't like Erin Rodgers and it seemed he was praising Rodgers for that 14-0 lead.

I watched another commentator (can't remember which show) say the Jets led 3 consecutive scoring drives. Wasn't aware kick return counted as a drive.

Eisen does tend to play fair when it comes to the Seahawks. Haven’t heard anything from him that’s remotely as bad as some of the other ‘expert’ talking heads

Whereas Rodgers got an absolute free pass on MacAfee’s show this evening. No mention of why they had that 14 point lead erased or why he (or any of his other offensive talent) couldn’t (or didn’t have the guts to) chase down a 92 yard pick-6.

This. It's a trip that some of these people actually get paid to do this. The had ONE long drive, aided by a fluke facemask. And other "drive" was on a short field. The other score was on a kick return. So, our defense gave up ONE real drive, all day long.

I like him as a personality, but he doesn't actually know ball or have any experience in it. He's a good pro when it comes to facilitating discussions with people who do know ball.

Commenting on a game that you just looked at the box score doesn't give one an accurate understanding of how the actual game went.

No doubt. People just see a score and think a game was close all the time. Give up a couple garbage time touchdowns, etc.

I didn't see him loving on Rogers...I perceived ineptitude about the org and the fact that coaches/ownership are unable to control anything right now.
