He's gotta be the next head coach to get canned, doesn't he? The rumors were already swirling, but then to get crushed by Cleveland? Come on. I think his unorthodox approach to being a leader caught up with him.

I like McDaniel. I think what caught up to him more than anything else was that he was the HC of one of the more dysfunctional franchises in the league. I think he's gone this season or at the end of it. I don't know if he'll get another HCing shot or not, but I think he's got a place for himself in this league.

Oh definitely. He's run out of fingers to put in the dike, and it shows. I think he might be relieved to be fired. Sometimes a situation has just run its course. We had that ourselves with PC.
