Is Lockett the most clutch WR in team history?

2nd best in team history, imo. And he's incredibly clutch. He was a grown man on Sunday. And to think, some on this page have said he's washed more than a few times. All while racking up 1000-yard seasons, over and over again.
The way he finds holes in the zone is just a thing of beauty. He learned a lot of Doug. Just like JSN will learn a lot from Tyler.

Certainly up there on a game to game basis. Too young to have seen Largent.

But man, Jermaine Kearse was essentially the Hawks Robert Horry, mid-tier starter with huge moments, come the playoffs.

4th down TD vs the 49ers in the NFC Championship game.
Overtime game winning TD vs the Packers in the NFC Championship game.
One handed 63 yard TD vs Carolina in the divisional round.
23 yard 3rd quarter TD in the Super Bowl vs the Broncos where he broke like 5 tackles.
Miracle catch down the sideline vs the Patriots in the Super Bowl on their final drive.

I remember Largent going against Lester Hayes and all his "stick 'em". He was the best. Plus Bobby Engrem and all the others. Locket has been amazing, but it's Angry Doug. Maybe it's recency bias, but all those times Me3 would just chuck it up and ADB would be there. Especially against the panthers.
It's Doug Baldwin and it's not close . #89 made catches that #80 never could've dreamed of making . He had attitude . Winner.

That MF was a Seahawk

I think had ADB continued his career he would have been considered right alongside Largent. Whatever mojo he dealt in he gave to Tyler for sure, because the dude has been steady Eddie, clutch Dutch since Doug stepped away. One wonders how much better he'd have been if not for the knee injury. Which makes his accomplishments eben more impressive because Tyler lost a step and is STILL uncoverable in the clutch.

That catch wouldn’t have been necessary had Kearse secured a beautifully thrown third down pass that went right through his hands.

We had NE on the ropes and were starting to dominate. A continued drive and score would have put the game away. For all the big catches Kearse had, this huge drop puts him out of contention for all time clutch IMHO.
IIRC, the NE defender had a bit to do with Kearse's "drop" but yes, it's a catch an NFL-level receiver should make.

Their are FOUR (and 6/10) WRs in the clutch for me...

1. St. Largent, with one of his finest moments being the catch against Miami to set up Curt Warner for the winning TD.
2. Angry Doug Baldwin, he made the 2013 season and HFA possible with his unreal catches in several games.
3. Tyler Lockett, what can you say, the man just keeps on delivering in clutch situations.
4. Jerome Kearse, with his biggest catch being a tie, the walk-off TD vs. Green Bay in the 2014-5 NFCCG, and 4th-and-7 TD vs the 49ers in 2013-14 NFCCG. Then there was the juggling catch that set up "The Pick" in SB49, but was amazing.
4.5 Bobby Engram, but I just recall he was "Mr. 3rd Down" and don't recall many game-deciding catches.
4.6 Sidney Rice, the TD vs Patriots in the U Mad Bro? Game, then the unconscious game-winning TD vs. the Bears. If only he could have played longer for the Hawks...

If not for the "drop" by Kearse in SB49 I would go with Kearse, on sheer timing of his clutch catches.
Because Baldwin's catches got us to, and through, the Super Bowl, I have to go with ADB as #1.
Lockett is 1A in my book because of his sustained excellence and also his many "Mr. 3rd Down" catches.
Largent didn't get enough playoff action for this title, but I could be wrong and falling victim to "recency bias".
