We gotta keep winning. If we don't, it hurts our playoff chances/position, and it indicates we have issues.

Gotta' split these next 2, imo. This team is hot, but I certainly don't expect them to beat GB and Minnesota.
Why not?.... I mean both the Packers & Vikings have not so good histories playing the Hawks it's like they're jinxed vs us... 🤷🏻‍♂️.... With that said, I'm very nervous for the next 2 games...😳

In a lofty place tanglin' with Satan over history.
I think it comes down to the rams game for the NFC West.

I don't mind that because as good as they looked offensively VS the Bills ........... the bills D is not very good. And the Rams D looked vulnerable as well. I think this most recent version of the Hawk D is better than either the Bills D or the Rams D. If we can keep from making the ridiculous errors we saw in the Jets game - AND we get GOOD Geno - the Hawks will win the NFC West.
This is how I see it.

The most important thing is we don't go in to week 17 a game behind the Rams.

I'm just another 4 and 0 guy. 1 game at a time. Win them all. Win more. I don't have the mindset that we can't beat Green Bay and other winning teams. Our D is good. A good dline. The offense can be real good.

And these are 2 of the best teams in football. I may he a Homer, but I highly doubt we win both of the next 2.

Cross your fingers for a Niners win. (Yuck.) The Rams could very well win out.

I think hey have to win 2/3 remaining games vs NFC North teams if they want to make sure that week 18 game is for the division. That's probably best case scenario.

According to this attached graphic a won this week gives us a 76% chance of making the playoffs while a loss leaves us with a 25% chance.

I can’t speak to its accuracy but it portrays how I’m feeling about this upcoming week.

Every win we stack up increases our odds but we definitely can’t afford to let up know.
Funny thing is it was almost identical last week, only the Bills loss put us right back where we started. Be interesting what those odds look like on Friday.

We will definitely find out if we've turned the corner or not this week. Another convincing win this weekend will speak volumes to this teams confidence going forward.

I don't dislike the Packers as much now as I used to when they had Rogers under center. But they continue to be a threat to us, kind of like the Rams have been. It would have been hard for the nfl to devise a tougher schedule for us to finish the regular season. If we can overcome that we will have arrived to the upper tier. If we can stack another win we will avoid finding ourselves stuck in a different stack.

IMO if we can't beat the Packers and the Vikings at home then we have no business being in the playoffs - because if we top the division one of them is very likely to be our opponent, while if we don't top the division we likely travel to the Rams - who have probably topped the division on account of beating us twice already.

So it's as important as a playoff game IMO

Also, if we win our next 3 games, the Rams have to win out to top the division, so it puts pressure on them to keep up

Is that chart for last week? It says week 14 but this week against the Packers is week 15?

I saw it this week after the game so I assumed it was for the odds through week 14 but now you’re making me doubt that.

Pack and Vikes are both beatable but the Seahawks have to play well to win. Both games at home helps. Pack is ranked #3/#11 (DVOA O/D) Vikes are #14/#1.

The Bears on the road should be winnable #24/#18. Of course finishing with the Lambs in LA is worrisome since their offense is resurgent but they're defense isn't all that good #7/#22.

Seahawks are #16/#9.

Two best might be a little strong - but not wildly so. The Pack does make me a little nervous.

The Vikes?

They might be the hardest luck team that ever existed. As such - I PRAY- that the game against them is meaningful for them.

I cannot recall the last time the Vikes won a game that really, really mattered.

The choke is strong with them - SKOL!

I didn't say the 2 best, I said 2 OF the best.

But you're on point with the Vikes. If I had to choose which one I feel a lot more confident in? Vikings game by far. The way our Defense is playing, they should keep us in any game, imo.
