Tomorrow will be more telling. We know Pete liked to rest guys on Wednesday. It’s possible some of these guys are just bring rested. DK is the one the I am interested in since we signed a receiver to the practice squad

Todays should be more interesting. Wednesdays wasn't a worry given we played an OT game against a team that tried to run it down our throats.

The nature of the sport has changed. "Did not practice" has increasingly become more of a recuperation status, especially on Wednesday, as opposed to just an injury status. We will be kept in the dark until the "suit up" squad has been formally announced as the healthy scratches will be the first indication of the team's true injury related depth issues.

As physical as the light framed Witherspoon is, it is a pleasant surprise that has remained relatively healthy for most of his career. I have always been a believer that proper tackling technique not only gets the opponent to the ground, but also mitigates injury risk as well. Keeping your head up, staying low, and keeping your knees bent is the safest way that you can play. It is the upright players or the players with their head down that seem to be the most vulnerable.

I would think you would give him another week. Seattle is playing a weak injured Miami team.
