Never thought I'd be saying this, but with a competent OL, Charbs is the better all around back. He's physical, doesn't try to dance around the LoS, he can catch the ball, and he's a better pass blocker. He's built to be a 3 down back.

@SoulfishHawk Yeah, I figured you'd laugh at that.

Sorry man, it's just funny TO ME, that's all. I'll chill out. Not wanting to piss people off these days.

Come on man, you don't know that Walker wouldn't have had ridiculous numbers. There's no way you can prove that he wouldn't. Just like there's no way for me to prove he would.

My opinion holds no ground? Not trying to argue. But you're telling me that he wouldn't have great numbers, as if it's fact. It's an opinion, just like mine. That's still allowed right? True football talk is opinions on both sides.
Agree to disagree. The team is winning, we're in first place, I'm happy ✌️

In the same way we can't know if Charbonnet wouldn't have had 7 or 8 100 yard rushing games this season by now if he was the starting back. You can only judge a player by what they HAVE done not what they MIGHT have done, and fact of the matter is our running game with Walker as the lead back has struggled all year, while Charbonnet has put in 2 excellent performances in his 3 opportunities this season.

People seem to have no problem calling for Lock or Howell when Geno falters - despite neither of them doing anything in relief to show that they could be any better, while ZC just put up the highest scrimmage yards in a game from a Seattle RB in nearly 10 years (2nd highest since 2006!).

That's as good a reason as any to call for change

Why not look at what Detroit does with their two dudes. They're on the field together a lot. And that offense forces linebackers to cover so much ground.
