I’ll be shocked if BB is ever anything more the 7-8 wins. At 72, how long will he even be there? 3 years tops? This seems like a move ONLY to get his son a HC job.

Belichick is outsourcing all the stuff that is especially demanding, like recruiting. Itll be like with Deion Sanders, where he's not making the visits, but his name being attached has enormous power. I think he's just going to be coaching while having final say on everything else.

He has a opt out after one season that is a Million dollars of his 10 million salary, plus he can still do Manningcast, he is bringing the old team back together as well as far as coaching. This may be a way to stay relevant and make a few more millions for him and keep him in the headlines.
