Wonder how he does in college. Guessing he takes the Sanders route and hires a recruitment team but can he related to young kids.

Should have an easier path to the play off given the ACC kind of sucks.

Huskies likely will need a new DC now

Was hoping he'd take an NFL job, because I think he's awesome, but also because I wanted to see if Pete Carroll could make the Hall of Fame first ballot. Definitely won't now, since Belichick is a lock for the class after next. Would have been really cool to have Holmgren-Carroll inducted in back to back years.

He’s 72, and has basically done nothing without Brady. Seems more like a plan to get his kid a HC job. Good luck

Riding Mac Jones to the playoffs feels like an accomplishment.

I thought Belichick the coach did well with what Belichick the GM gave him to work with. Talent acquisition is a little different where he's going now.

There is a reason the top teams all have coaches in the 30s-40s right now. Those are the guys who have the energy for today’s college football demands. I’ll be shocked if BB is ever anything more the 7-8 wins. At 72, how long will he even be there? 3 years tops? This seems like a move ONLY to get his son a HC job.

Belichick is outsourcing all the stuff that is especially demanding, like recruiting. Itll be like with Deion Sanders, where he's not making the visits, but his name being attached has enormous power. I think he's just going to be coaching while having final say on everything else.

He has a opt out after one season that is a Million dollars of his 10 million salary, plus he can still do Manningcast, he is bringing the old team back together as well as far as coaching. This may be a way to stay relevant and make a few more millions for him and keep him in the headlines.

Guessing its to get his son the job eventually. I think he takes the Sanders approach and hires a recruitment team. Sanders has never set foot in a high school kids house. Big thing will be if he has taken a Jim Harbaugh approach in his year out and mellows out/adapts to kids.
