Better 2025 stats, JSN/Darnold or DK/Rodgers?

I am a homer as well, but DK never had a legit top tier WR to pull the top DB/double team away from him. Lockett would just fall over, why put to much man power on that?

I don't know who the WR's in Pittsburgh are, but if they have anybody, I think DK explodes this year

I think DK will keep doing what he does. He will probably get a thousand yards 10 tds and 10 penalties and never quite dominate the game but still be a scary beast out there that teams will have to deal with

That's a tough question. There's a whole lot of "ifs" involved.

--Does Rodgers remain healthy
--Does Darnold get adequate protection
--Does our OC's schemes get the most out of Sam
--Do the Steelers get another viable receiver to take some of the focus off DK
--Do DK and Rodgers really get in sync and blossom as a duo

It's pretty much flip a coin to me.

Rodgers was mostly just throwing short passes last year, so I think DK will get frustrated and we'll get some fun drama out of these two. Aaron will either get injured or retire during the season. Mike Tomlin will be pulling his hair out.
and he loves back shoulder throws, something DK is not good at

Dk is a lucky dude, his first QB was a 10x probowler, his second QB was a 2x probowler, his third QB will be a HOF, all pro, MVP, probowler.

I tried that and it was exhausting I had to click like three things and my adhd kicked in and next thing you know I was back on here rambling again
Try a site called giphy.com

It's much easier.

Just do a search there and you can get your image (just right-click on it, then select 'Copy Image Link') and you're done. :)

On any given play/game, Rogers/Metcalf connection has the potential to be a highlight reel. However, given Rogers struggles the past 2 seasons and DKs ability to disappear at times, the question is whether they can consistently connect when it’s required.

My prediction is that Rogers and DK have great stats together this season. But I also predict the majority of those big numbers come on 1st or 2nd downs and in multi-score-margin games in the 4th Q. Rogers and DK are both known quantities and can be defended to a larger extent than at times/situations earlier in their career. They’ll still have big plays and big numbers, but it feels like a 2 player Offense and not a team effort.

Alternatively, Darnold and JSN will undoubtedly hook up a lot but there seem to be a lot of different Offensive pathways to victory for the Seahawks. The RB room could be the strength of the Offense so it seems reasonable SD/JSN might have fewer total opportunities. Baldwin and Locket weren’t huge numbers guys but they were reliable on 3rd down and 4th Q in a way DK never was. I think JSN may be that type of receiver in this Offense.

Long way to say DK/AR but in a good way….

SD/JSN will have fewer total opportunities because the Hawks ,unlike the Steelers, have (as you pointed out) more options.

Some days it's SD/JSN.

Other days it's SD/Kupp.

Other days it's the Running Attack.

The people out there who say that the Hawks don't have an offense will be served a big helping of Crow this season.
