I expect a high scoring affair on both sides. This could literally come down to who has the ball last.

Detroit 31

A day early...What the heck.

The Seahawks offense definitely showed improvement from Week 2 but it was ultimately the defense that stood out as the sore thumb against the Falcons. The Lions are a young team on the rise, where we are still trying to find our footing and identity. They are playing inspired football backed by an impassioned head coach. Until Geno can show me he can be "clutch" and win a game for us in the fourth quarter, and until I see this defense dramatically improve, I don't see any game in the coming month I can honestly feel good about winning.

Sorry fellow 12's, we have reached that dreadful part of rebuilding where even the Lions are favored by 6 at home to beat us.

Quandary Diggs wants respect, and everyone is writing off the Seahawks, but this time Hawks squeak out a W.

Good call for those who predicted a shoot out! I'm happy to drop my first prediction of the season. Go Hawks!

High-scoring game.

Lions 33-27

It looks like you need to adjust the settings on your time machine. You are in week five, not week four. While you were away, the Seahawks beat the Lions 48-45 last week. This week they're playing the Saints.

This is last week's prediction thread.

Here's a link to this week's.
